When my 500gb western digital hard drive went down (electrical malfunction), i thought all was lost. Be sides other media and some programs, i had hundreds of gigabytes of pictures files that I use for clipart. while this made my information almost invaluable, $1000-$2000 was just too much. What I was charged was I think a fair price.

I found the website extremely helpful. I sent in the drive with another drive to transfer the damaged disk to. They were prompt in letting me know the disk had arrived and what was needed to accomplish the recovery. The drive came back and all the data was there. The price is reasonable. No hidden costs. I was extremely pleased with the level of communication and the rapid recovery that took place, I received all my lost data from a relatively new computer that had a hard drive failure, and all at a reasonable price.
